Developing AI-driven DFM automation software; custom C# CAD tools, and GD&T parser scripts to connect 3D design models with manufacturing databases. Maintained DMG Mori CNC machines and processed 10K+ optical measurements using Micro-Vu programming to evaluate metal 3D printing accuracy.
- Building Model Context Protocol (MCP) software to automate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) under agentic supervision.
- Leveraged Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to create a “manufacturing-informed” ML agent for 3D design feedback.
- Deployed a C# CAD engine engaging the SolidWorks API to extract & re-inject Model-Based Definition (MBD) on 3D parts.
